Teacup Poodles (Teddy Bears) have such small palms and
finger nails and how should i groom them?
unlike real Teddy Bears, Teacup Poodles are live animals with
thoughts and feelings and that they'd move around like
little kids when owners try to cut the nails for them.
what should i do in order to fix them in my arms
for them to sit down properly and quietly?

Grooming Guideline  9: Nail Care: Preparation

take the following steps:
firstly, use proper nail-grooming gestures. it's inevitable for Teacup Poodles
(Teddy Bears) wanting to move around when owners try to cut the nails
for them, therefore it's very important for owners to hold their
Teacup Poodles (Teddy Bears) tight before trying to cut the nails.

cutting nails on their front right foot:
facing the same direction as your Teacup Poodle (Teddy Bear),
reach out your left arm and move across the back of your Teacup Poodle
(Teddy Bear), go through the gap between their two front feet and
hold the front right foot of your Teacup Poodle.

when owners get hold of the feet of their Teacup Poodle
(Teddy Bear), naturally they will lean backwards against the chest
of their owners, and then it will be a good starting gesture
to cut the nails for Teacup Poodle (Teddy Bear).
